HOW IT WORKS
Step 1.
On our Reservations page, enter your requested rental dates. Available inventory, and prices for your dates, of all items will be displayed, by category. Select what you desire and add to your Cart. Or, call the office 406-922-0179.
Step 2.
Verify your Cart and rental dates and times. A 15% credit card deposit is required to confirm all bookings. You will be prompted for flight arrival/ departure times, contact info, as well as the CC info. Balance will be due at end of rental.
STEP 4.
Prior to your departure flight, swing by the office to drop off your rental car or rental gear and settle up. If it is prior to our 9am open, you can leave your gear in the storage locker outside. Your CC on file will be billed the balance due.

Explore Rentals began in the summer of 2010 as a side-hustle. It didn’t take long for reputation and demand to grow, and Explore has since become the best reviewed car rental agency in Montana and the largest purveyor of rental camping gear, campervans, travel trailers, drift boats, rafts, and fly fishing equipment in the Yellowstone region. Explore has paved the way for a budding outdoor rental industry nationwide; from being the first company in the country to offer guaranteed all-wheel-drive and four-wheel-drive rental cars with rental camping gear specifically for outdoor adventures, to 4×4 Sprinter van rentals, Tacoma overland rentals, bear spray rentals, and the list goes on.
