From talking to Will to reserve the vehicle, to being picked up at the airport, to us dropping the vehicle at the airport at 5 a.m., the Phasmid experience surpassed any other car rental experience we’ve had. While we did not have any malfunctions, we did have some unexpected warning lights appear near the end of our 3 week rental period. We called Will and he was able to dispel any concerns. Turned out to be a minor situation. We would recommend Phasmid wholeheartedly.
